Returns
If you wish to return the product, you can easily do so by filling in the return form and returning it together with the product.

How does the return form work?
Fill in all parts on the return form. Place it on the packaging of the item you want to return and send it to the address indicated at the top of the return form.

Can I exchange the item for another size?
If the article is in the original state, it is possible to exchange it. This is only possible up to 14 days after receipt. If you have lost the return form you can send an email to: info@dutchelephant.com. Process the following information here:

Return rules
Regarding the return of products, a number of rules are used. These are as follows:

• If you have received a product that is damaged or has something wrong. Please send us a photo of the product and the damage.
• Return costs are at all times for the buyer.
• You can return an item up to 14 days after receipt.
• The items must be in their original condition. This means that the articles must be unwashed and unworn. They are also checked for stains and odour when they return.
